Our culture
What’s it like to work at ENERGEX? When you think about joining an organisation, one of the factors you may consider is its culture – the way they do things. In a recent staff survey (April 2009) ENERGEX’s people told us they feel really proud to work here and would recommend ENERGEX as a great employer to their family and friends. We have an open and positive atmosphere that is underpinned by great team work, going the extra mile to get the job done and a strong commitment to impressing our customers. Recognising and rewarding our people for their performance is also high on the agenda. There is a strong focus on working safely and keeping your mates safe so we can all go home to our family and friends at the end of the day.
So if you want to work in a place where your passion and commitment will be recognised - think about working with us.
